POWDER COATING
Epoxy - Polyester - Urethane - TGIC - Hybrid - Smooth/Texture/Wrinkle/River/Metallic/Transparent
Powder coating is a dry finishing process used on a wide array of products. More and more companies specify powder coatings for a high-quality, durable finish, allowing for maximized production, improved efficiencies, and simplified environmental compliance. Used as functional (protective) and decorative finishes, powder coatings are available in an almost limitless range of colors and textures, and technological advancements have resulted in excellent performance properties. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues.
PAINTING
Class A/B Finishing and Spray Painting - Epoxy - Polyurethane - Enamel - Smooth/Texture
Spray painting is a painting technique where a device sprays a coating through the air onto a surface. The most common types employ compressed gas—usually air—to atomize and direct the paint particles. Industrial spray coatings are products engineered for their functional, protective and aesthetic properties.
NON-STICK COATING
PTFE - PFA - FEP
Non-stick coatings such as fluoro polymers, silicon and ceramic have different applications in a wide spectrum of industries requiring component surfaces to have non-stick, non-wetting, temperature stability/resistance, low coefficient of friction, chemical/abrasion resistant, or unique electrical properties.
SOLID FILM LUBRICANT COATING
Molybdenum Disulfide - PTFE - PFA - FEP - Graphite
Solid or dry film lubricants are solid materials that provide low frictional resistance between surfaces when applied directly to interacting surfaces. Solid lubricants are used in applications where environmental extremes prevent or render ineffective the use of oil-based fluid lubricants. Environmental extremes could include high and low friction speeds, high and low temperatures, high pressures, concentrated atmospheric and process contaminants, and inaccessibility. Molybdenum Disulfide, Graphite, PTFE, PFA, and FEP are the most commonly recognized solid lubricants.
CHEMICAL, CORROSION & TAMPER RESISTANT COATING
CARC - Ceramic - Xylan® - Halar® - Kynar®
Chemical and corrosion resistant coatings can provide superior protection against challenging weather conditions, environmental contaminants and corrosive elements.

Tamper resistant coatings such as anti-carburizing coatings are applied to iron or steel to prevent the carubizing of certain areas of the part.
HIGH TEMPERATURE COATING
High temperature resistant coatings are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from 150°C (300°F) to over 760°C (1,400°F) while providing protection against corrosion. Composed of either organic or inorganic materials, high-temperature coating vary depending on the level of temperature resistance required.
MEDIA BLASTING
Abrasive blasting, more commonly known as sandblasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
Industrial Dry Steam Cleaning
Heavy Equipment - Industrial Machinery - Agricultural Equipment
Dry Steam Cleaning is performed using the latest steam generation technology to provide high performance cleaning solutions without toxic or harmful cleaning chemicals. Pressurized water is heated to 320 DegreesFahrenheit and directed towards the target at 250 PSI. The combination of high heat and low pressure makes this type of solution safe for a variety of substrates and applications to rapidly remove grease, oil, residue, mold, organic buildup, etc.
COMPONENT CONTOURING, FILLING, MOLDING AND SANDING
Contouring, filling, molding and sanding are surface preparation processes that produce desired aesthetics and functional requirements for components.
